1. .NET Developers (1 open position): Good english verbal/written communication skills.
Strong knowledge on .NET Framework 2.0 + C# (NO Visual Basic or FoxPro coders)
Web Applications Development (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX (optional)
Design Patterns (a plus) Strong/Good OO (Object-Oriented) design knowledge.
Relational Databases including: SQL Server 2005+, DB2, Oracle Familiarity with CVS.2. Java

2.Junior Developer (3 positions):Required Minimum 6 months work experience.
achelors degree in Systems/Software Engineering or Senior student.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Good english verbal/written communication skills.
Great Java 1.4 or Java 5 knowledge.
Experience working with relational databases and standard SQL.
Ability to work as part of a team.Desirable Web Application development experience.
J2EE Application server experience. Web Service and XML manipulation experience.

3.Java Senior Developer (3 positions):Required Minimum 2 years experience.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Systems/Software Engineering.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent english verbal/written communication skills.
Excellent Java 1.4 or Java 5 knowledge.
Experience working with Oracle or IBM DB2 databases.
Experience working with multi-tier application model and distributed systems.
Experience working on MS-Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
Web Application development experience.
Web Services, AJAX and XML technology experience.
Ability to lead and work as a team.
Desirable WebLogic Application server experience.
Struts Framework development experience.
Multithreading application development experience.
Design Patterns.
